Health Body = Healthy Vibes: Why treating your body with absolute respect has everything to do with attracting abundance!

First, let me set the tone of this post-this is not a about being a size 2. This “healthy body” is all about attracting absolute abundance and grace in your life. This post is about getting connected to the language in your head that is totally blocking your mindset to stay on track with food ( and most likely your wealth).

Food is essential, food is fuel for the mind-body and soul, no one will argue with any of that. What they will argue about is how the hell can they stay consistent, stay disciplined and stay healthy!!

I’ve coached many amazing people, many very high achieving beautiful people, amazing. The number one issue with most “high achieving” humans, they struggle with food and they struggle with consistency. I don’t believe coaching about food is what they need, coaching what they tell themselves is what they need. We sweet humans are obsessed with thought. We think too much and then we eat too much. I know you will all agree there too!

So, you’re thinking; “How the hell can i turn the talk off!” “How do I find that discipline when I’m starving, unprepared and hungry!” Stop for one second and hear this: YOU ARE FEEDING YOUR THOUGHTS NOT YOUR BODY.

YOU ARE FEEDING YOUR THOUGHTS NOT YOUR BODY

There is a deep rooted connection to soothing the body with food, when really we are trying to feed the thoughts. The thinking is overrunning us with dialogue that is just noise and distractions. What we need more of is settling the thoughts, creating a place to release the thoughts in a healthy way and not with food. Thoughts create emotions and emotions turn to “FEELINGS” and that is what we are ‘numbing’ with food. Some say feeding them i say numbing them. Have you ever noticed in a dinging rage you don’t actually feel your thoughts anymore. You are only feeling the the food erase the feeling-numbing it.

The mind is powerful, it needs proper care- not food of binging and rage.

The body is powerful, it needs nutrients that care for the soul.

This my loves is why I will always recommend meditation. Learn to treat thoughts and let them go, learn to treat your body and nourish it, not stuff it.

I have used Isagenix in my life (mind-body-soul life) for over 10 years. I’ve fought depression, alcohol and rage by learning that nutrients that serve me can heal me.
